We are utilizing United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered disinfectants to properly clean rooms and common areas.
Our common areas and “high touch” surfaces will be disinfected thoroughly and frequently by all staff members.
Hand sanitizer stations are available at inn entrances and across the property.
50% deposit required with reservation of two or more nights.
100% deposit required for one night.
100% deposit if reservation is made within 14 days of arrival.
100% deposit if the reservation is made through any OTAs (Online Travel Agency) or third-party websites.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Balance is due upon arrival.
Refunds are available with 14 days or more of notice of cancellation. A Cancellation Fee of $25.00 will be charged per room(s) reserved.
There is no refund available for late arrival or early departure.
If cancelling within a 14 day window, there will be no refund unless we can rebook the room(s). If the room has to be discounted in order to resell, the lower rate will be refunded. A $25.00 Cancellation fee will also be applied.
Madison Inn does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, cancelled boats, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness including COVID, injury, or family emergencies.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.

The Madison Inn is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.

Locked Bicycle storage is available in our basement.
Luggage storage is available before and after check-out.
Beach towels, chairs, and toys are available to all guests staying at the Madison Inn.
Sorry, we do not accept bachelorette parties.
Group reservations larger than 4 rooms must be booked through the owner. The cancellation policy will be changed to 21 days in advance (or longer) depending on the time of year.
